My new year's resolution is to kind of work out and eat well for the first two weeks of 2014, then go right back to being a slob for the rest of the year. I'm being realistic this year.

I'm having a difficult time cooking Quinoa. I follow the instructions, yet it always comes out under cooked. What am I doing wrong? I think I just need to start drinking again, that'll probably fix the problem.
